Early birds who register by May 2, 2025, can take advantage of the $40 entry fee. For those registering between May 3rd and May 11th, the fee is $45. A final registration opportunity is available on May 17th for $50. Keep in mind that this event is exclusively for Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators, ensuring a gathering of like-minded Jeep enthusiasts.

A portion of the event proceeds will benefit Samuel’s Supper, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the community. Regarding weather, the organizers are closely monitoring conditions to ensure participant safety. In the event of severe weather that could make the event unsafe, the JeeperFest will be postponed to the following day. Notifications of any postponement will be promptly communicated via email and posted on the Bold Rock website and their Facebook pages. Please ensure you are available for both dates when registering, as there are no refunds offered.
