Race Day Bib Pick Up
For those arriving just in time for the thrill, race day bib pick up is available. Please note that a $50 charge will apply for race day bib pick up. If you require race day bib pick up, please head to the solutions tent where our team will assist you in getting your bib and ensuring you’re ready to race. We highly recommend picking up your bib prior to race day to avoid any delays and take advantage of the pre-race excitement!

Time Limits
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event, time limits are in place for each race distance:
- Half Marathon: 4 Hours
- 10K: 2 Hours
- 5K: 1 Hour
These time limits are designed to accommodate a wide range of runners and walkers. Please be aware of these limits and maintain a pace that allows you to finish within the allotted time.
Convenient Gear Check
For your convenience on race day, gear check services will be available. This allows you to securely store personal items while you focus on your run.
Saturday 5K Stationary Gear Check:
If you are participating in the Saturday 5K, the Stationary Gear Check will be located just outside the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, in a parking lot on 3rd Street. The gear check will be open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please familiarize yourself with the Saturday 5K Start & Finish Venue Map for the precise location.
Sunday Half Marathon & 10K Gear Check:
For participants in the Sunday Half Marathon and 10K, we are partnering with UPS for a streamlined gear check program. Look for the clearly marked UPS Delivery Trucks near both the Start Line and Finish Line areas.
- Drop Off: Las Vegas Blvd outside Park MGM. Important: Gear Trucks will close promptly at 4:15 pm to relocate to the finish line. Please ensure you drop off your gear before 4:15 pm.
- Pick Up: Las Vegas Blvd at The Cosmopolitan. Gear Check will remain open until 10:30 pm after the race.
Using Gear Check:
To utilize the gear check service, please follow these simple steps:
- Locate the gear check tag on your bib number.
- Affix this tag to your clear gear bag (please ensure you use a clear bag for security purposes).
- Drop off your bag at the table designated for your last name.
Important Gear Check Notes:
- Do not leave valuables, cash, or jewelry in your checked bag. Race organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Be prepared for potential lines at gear check, especially closer to race start times, due to security procedures.
- You will collect your checked items after the race from the designated pick-up location.
