Our expert cobblers offer top-notch rock and resole services, ensuring you can get back on the wall with confidence and performance. This page outlines our deposit system and additional services to keep your climbing shoes in peak condition.
Understanding Your Resole Deposit
To begin the resole process, we require a deposit of $60 per pair of shoes ($65 for single shoes). This initial payment secures your place in our resole queue and allows our skilled team to assess the work needed. It’s important to note that this deposit is just the starting point. The final cost depends on the specific repairs your shoes require.

Additional Repairs and Options
Beyond the standard resole, we offer several options to further enhance the longevity and performance of your climbing shoes.
Toe Caps: Our experienced cobblers will assess if toe caps are necessary for your shoes. Toe caps are highly recommended when the rand rubber, which wraps under the climbing rubber, is worn. While our team makes the final decision based on years of expertise, we only apply toe caps when absolutely essential for your shoes’ durability, as a resole is required when toe caps are applied. Adding toe caps costs $15 per shoe and is crucial for preventing further wear in high-stress areas.
Specialty Rubber & Full Pads: For climbers seeking enhanced grip and performance, we offer specialty rubber upgrades. Full pad replacements are also available for shoes with heavily worn soles, ensuring optimal friction on the rock.
