  • From Northern Illinois: Travel south on I-57 and exit at Marion, IL, onto highway 13 east. Continue east through Marion and Harrisburg to the intersection of Illinois 1 and 13. Turn south onto highway 1 for 22 miles to reach Cave-in-Rock State Park.
  • From the South (Kentucky): Take highway 90 from Marion, KY., and cross the Ohio River via the Cave-in-Rock ferry. Follow the directional signs to the park entrance after crossing.
  • From the Southeast: Take I-24 west from the I-24 bridge to exit #16. Then, travel 38 miles east on Illinois highway 146 to arrive at the park.
  • From Southern Indiana: Proceed through Evansville, IN, traveling west on highway 62 and then Illinois highway 141 to Illinois Rt. 1. Go south on Rt. 1 for 36 miles to Cave-in-Rock State Park.
