As each print is custom-made specifically for your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your photograph is carefully packaged and shipped. This bespoke approach ensures the highest quality as we do not hold pre-printed stock, guaranteeing your art is fresh and perfect.

RETURNS POLICY
To maintain the highest standards and offer custom-printed art, all sales are final. We operate with a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. We are dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality products, each printed to order. Therefore, we kindly ask that you select your chosen prints carefully, as we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, is deemed unusable, or if you receive an incorrect order, we are happy to provide a replacement. Every item undergoes thorough quality checks and is packaged with meticulous care before dispatch. Upon delivery, please carefully inspect both the shipping package and the print itself. Should you find any damage incurred during delivery, please inform us immediately so we can promptly contact the courier company to resolve any claims.
For damaged or incorrect prints, we require notification via email within 24 hours of the shipment delivery date and the item to be returned for replacement within 7 days. Please document any imperfections with photographs and include these when you contact us regarding the issue. Written notification and photo documentation of damages must be received within 7 days of receiving the item. Regrettably, we are unable to process replacements after this 7-day period.
The return address for any returns is the lab facility address indicated on your packing slip.
If you have received an incorrect order or your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
