When you purchase a day pass at Onsight Rock Gym, it unlocks a full day of climbing fun! Feel free to come in the morning, take a break to refuel or run errands, and then return in the evening to continue your climbing session. Your day pass is active from the moment of purchase until the end of our operating hours that day, maximizing your access to our state-of-the-art climbing facilities.

Understanding EFT Payments for Onsight Rock Gym Memberships
You’ll see “EFT” mentioned when discussing our membership options. EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer, and it’s our convenient and secure automatic monthly payment system. By choosing EFT, your membership dues are automatically billed to your valid credit or debit card on the 1st of each month. It’s a hassle-free way to maintain your access to Onsight Rock Gym without manual monthly payments.
Canceling Your Monthly EFT Membership at Onsight Rock Gym
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you may need to adjust your membership. At Onsight Rock Gym, we offer flexible monthly EFT memberships without long-term contracts. If you need to cancel, simply notify us before the 1st of the month through our My Membership page. Cancellation is free, but please note that restarting an EFT membership after cancellation will require payment of the initiation fee again. To avoid this fee if you plan to return, consider freezing your membership instead.
Freezing and Unfreezing Your Onsight Rock Gym Membership
Need to put your climbing on hold temporarily? Onsight Rock Gym allows you to freeze both monthly EFT and Annual Prepaid memberships for just $8 per month. Freezing your membership ensures you can return to climbing without paying the initiation fee again.
- Monthly EFT Memberships: Freezes must start on the 1st of the month, and any freeze requests must be submitted before the 1st. When you unfreeze, we’ll automatically charge a prorated amount for the remainder of that month.
- Annual Prepaid Memberships: You can freeze these at any time for a minimum of one month, in monthly increments. Payment for the frozen period is due when you unfreeze your membership, and your membership expiry date will be extended by the duration of the freeze.

Membership Transferability at Onsight Rock Gym
Memberships at Onsight Rock Gym are designed for individual use and are non-transferable. This policy applies even to family members or close friends. Each membership is linked to a specific individual to ensure fair access and proper account management for all our valued climbers.
Upgrading to a Membership at Onsight Rock Gym
Loved your day pass experience and ready to commit to climbing? Great news! If you decide to become a member at Onsight Rock Gym on the same day you used a day pass, we’ll gladly apply the day pass price towards your new membership. Additionally, if you have a 10-visit punch pass, you can trade in your last punch to cover the initiation fee for a monthly EFT membership. It’s our way of making it easier for you to join the Onsight Rock Gym community.

- Early Bird Day Pass: Enjoy a reduced $16 day pass rate for climbers aged 6 and up, valid Monday to Friday ONLY, from 11 AM to 3 PM. Perfect for daytime climbing sessions!
- College Night: Students can climb for just $16 on Friday nights from 6 PM to 10 PM. A valid student ID is required to access this offer.
- Ladies Night: Ladies climb for a discounted $16 day pass on Friday nights from 6 PM to 10 PM.
- Date Night: Make it a climbing date night! Get two day passes for $35, plus free harness rentals, every Friday from 6 PM to 10 PM.
