Oasis, known for anthems like “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” thrived on the dynamic between brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher. The 2025 inductees will be announced in late April, following a voting process involving over 1,200 artists, historians, and music industry professionals. The selection criteria emphasize an artist’s influence on other musicians, career longevity, innovation, and stylistic excellence. In addition to the performer category, inductees will be honored in the categories of Musical Influence, Musical Excellence, and the Ahmet Ertegun Non-Performer Award. The induction ceremony will be held in Los Angeles this fall. Eligibility for induction requires artists to have released their first commercial recording at least 25 years prior.
