Refund Information for Rock ‘n Play Sleeper Returns

If you purchased a recalled Rock ‘n Play Sleeper in the EU within the last 2 years, you are eligible for a full refund upon returning the product.

For online purchases of FWX18 – Fisher-Price® Auto Rock ‘n Play™ Sleeper:

Consumers who purchased model FWX18 online do not need to take immediate action. Starting Monday, April 15, 2019, your online retailer will email instructions on how to return the product and receive your refund. Please look out for this email for specific details.

For online purchases of other Rock N Play Sleepers and purchases via other retail channels:

Consumers who purchased other recalled Rock n Play Sleepers online, or through any other retail channel (not online), should contact Mattel Consumer Services in the EU country where the product was originally purchased.

How to Return Your Rock ‘n Play Sleeper for a Refund

To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Disassemble your Rock ‘n Play Sleeper: Follow the disassembly instructions provided here. This document will guide you through the necessary steps.

  2. Package the Hub Assemblies: You will need to return the two hub assemblies of your Rock ‘n Play Sleeper. Depending on your model, these assemblies may include an auto rock motor. Your return package should resemble one of the examples shown below:

  3. Prepaid Mailing Label: Fisher-Price will send you a prepaid mailing label to return the hub assemblies.

  4. Return Shipment: Attach the prepaid label to your package containing the two hub assemblies and take it to your local Post Office for shipment. It is crucial to return both hub assemblies to Fisher-Price to process your refund.

  5. Keep Proof of Return: Retain the remainder of your Rock ‘n Play Sleeper product and your shipping receipt until you have received your recall resolution and refund. If you have your original purchase receipt, please include it in the return package, or write the purchase month and year directly on one of the hub assemblies.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 12-18 weeks for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
