Race Day Bib Pick Up
For those who haven’t picked up their bib yet, race day bib pick up is available. Please note that there will be a $50 charge for race day bib pick up. If you require race day bib pick up, please visit the solutions tent to receive your bib and resolve any last-minute queries.
Start Line Loading Program
Get ready for an energetic start! Our Start Line Loading Program will ensure a smooth and organized beginning to your race. Be sure to arrive at the start line with ample time to soak in the atmosphere and prepare for the run ahead. More details about the specific program schedule will be available closer to race day, so stay tuned for updates.

Prepare to experience the iconic Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas as you conquer your chosen distance. We offer a variety of courses to suit different fitness levels:

Entertainment
Get ready to rock while you roll! Entertainment will be a key feature throughout the Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas race. Expect high-energy music, bands, and DJs along the course to keep you motivated and energized every step of the way. The spirit of rock ‘n’ roll will be alive and pumping to enhance your race day experience.
Time Limits
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event, please be aware of the course time limits:
- Half Marathon: 4 Hours
- 10K: 2 Hours
- 5K: 1 Hour
These time limits are in place to manage course closures and support services effectively. Participants must maintain a pace that allows them to finish within these timeframes.
Gear Check
Gear check services will be available for all participants who need to store personal items during the race.
Saturday 5K Stationary Gear Check:
For Saturday’s 5K race, the Stationary Gear Check will be located outside the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center in a parking lot on 3rd Street. The gear check will be open from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Please refer to the Saturday 5K Start & Finish Venue Map for precise location details.
Sunday Half Marathon & 10K Gear Check:
For the Sunday Half Marathon and 10K races, we are partnering with UPS for the 2025 Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series Las Vegas Gear Check program. Look for the UPS Delivery Trucks near the Start Line and Finish Line for convenient gear drop-off and pick-up.
- Drop Off (Half Marathon & 10K): Las Vegas Blvd outside Park MGM. Please note: Gear Trucks close at 4:15 pm to relocate to the finish line. Ensure you drop off your gear before 4:15 pm.
- Pick Up (Half Marathon & 10K): Las Vegas Blvd at The Cosmopolitan. Gear Check closes at 10:30 pm.
Important Gear Check Information for all races: On race day, please affix your gear check tag (found on your bib number) to your clear gear bag before leaving it at the designated table for your last name. Do not leave valuables, cash, or jewelry in your bag. Be mindful that security procedures at Gear Check may cause lines. You can collect your checked items after the race from the designated pick-up location.
