Park Hours & Operations

The picnic areas at Wilsons, Hills Grove, and Rock Ridge operate from 9 a.m. to sunset between April and October, and from 10 a.m. to sunset from November to March. Kilgore Falls shares the same operating hours as the picnic areas. For activities planned outside of these standard hours, it is advisable to contact the park directly to confirm arrangements.

It’s important to note that from Saturday, May 25th, 2024, through Labor Day, reservations are required on weekends and holidays to manage park capacity, particularly for Falling Branch (Kilgore Falls). Reservations become available each Monday prior to the desired weekend visit and can be made through the YourPassNow website.
