Winter Hours (January 1 – February 28, 2025)

During the winter months, explore the visitor center and the scenic grounds of Split Rock Lighthouse. Please note that the lighthouse and historic building interiors are closed during this period.

Keeper’s Tour: $25/$20 for MNHS members. A private 60-minute guided tour of the historic site, including the lighthouse and keeper’s house. Keeper’s Tours are offered at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Children ages 4 and under: Free

April to Mid-May Hours (April 1 – May 21, 2025)

During this period, the visitor center and museum store are open. However, the Historic Site is closed, and there will be no access to any historic buildings.

From late May to late June, the visitor center, fog signal building, and historic grounds are accessible with a grounds pass during open hours. Access to the lighthouse and keeper’s house is available through the Keeper’s Tour and General Admission on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
