Registration Information for Programs
Enrollment in programs at Eagle Rock Recreation Center is handled on a monthly basis, offering flexibility for participants. You can register for a single month or commit to a full season, with seasons structured as Fall (October-December), Winter (January-March), Spring (April-June), and Summer (July-September). For returning students, payments are due on the 1st of each month, with a late fee applied to payments received after the 5th. Registration for each upcoming season begins on the 15th of the preceding month. Sign-ups are accepted during regular business hours until classes reach full capacity, and all registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that spaces will not be reserved without full payment.
Class fees are structured to cover instructor compensation, administrative overhead, supplies, and the costs associated with maintaining the center’s operating hours. It’s important to be aware that the staff reserves the right to cancel or consolidate classes if minimum enrollment numbers are not met.
Refund Policy: A non-refundable 15% administrative fee is applied to any refunds, changes, or transfers of class or program selections. Full refunds are only issued in the event that a program is cancelled by the facility itself.
Eagle Rock Recreation Center is committed to inclusivity and welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in all programs. Reasonable accommodations will be made with advance notice to ensure everyone can enjoy the center’s offerings.

Eagle Rock Recreation Center provides rooms and facilities, both indoor and outdoor, available for private rental. To obtain a price quote, please download and complete the facility request form, and mail or fax it to the park office. Please be aware that the application process for facility rentals can take between 2 to 4 weeks, so we encourage you to plan your booking in advance.
