Modeled after a real police academy, the JPA curriculum includes physical training like obstacle courses, marching, and even rappelling. Campers get up close with police equipment, exploring patrol and SWAT vehicles, K-9 units, and helicopters. The program also covers essential topics such as traffic safety, criminal investigations, drug and alcohol prevention, and self-defense techniques. Field trips within the Round Rock area enhance the learning experience.
