Race Day Bib Pick Up
For those who couldn’t collect their bib prior to race day, a race day bib pick-up service is available. Please be aware that a $50 charge applies for this service. Head to the solutions tent upon arrival to receive your bib and race essentials. We strongly recommend picking up your bib before race day to avoid any delays and extra costs.
Start Line Loading Program
To ensure a smooth and safe start for all participants, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Las Vegas employs a start line loading program. Be sure to arrive at the start line with ample time to find your designated corral. Listen carefully to announcements and instructions from race officials and volunteers to ensure a timely and organized start to your race. This program helps manage the large number of runners and ensures everyone has a comfortable and safe start.

Time Limits
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event, time limits are enforced for each race distance:
- Half Marathon: 4 Hours
- 10K: 2 Hours
- 5K: 1 Hour
These time limits are based on the pace required to complete the course within the allocated street closure times. Please be aware of these limits and maintain a pace that allows you to finish within the designated timeframe.
Gear Check
For your convenience, gear check services are available.
Saturday 5K Stationary Gear Check:
If you are participating in the Saturday 5K, the stationary gear check will be located outside the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center in a parking lot on 3rd Street. The gear check will be open from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Please refer to the Saturday 5K Start & Finish Venue Map for precise location details.
Sunday Half Marathon & 10K Gear Check:
For Sunday’s Half Marathon and 10K, we are partnering with UPS for the gear check program. Look for the UPS Delivery Trucks near the Start Line (Las Vegas Blvd outside Park MGM) for gear drop-off and near the Finish Line (Las Vegas Blvd at The Cosmopolitan) for pick-up.
- Drop Off: Las Vegas Blvd outside Park MGM. Gear Trucks close at 4:15 pm to relocate to the finish line. Ensure you drop off your gear before 4:15 pm.
- Pick Up: Las Vegas Blvd at The Cosmopolitan. Gear Check closes at 10:30 pm.
When using gear check, affix the gear check tag from your bib to a clear gear bag. Do not check valuables, cash, or jewelry. Be prepared for potential lines at gear check due to security measures. You can retrieve your checked items after the race by presenting your bib number.
