Mirroring the Oregon chapel’s design, the Mound City location offers the same spacious layout for visitations and services, along with handicap accessibility and ample off-street parking. It’s conveniently situated at 1705 Ridge Dr., east of Route N on the north side of Mound City.

The original Chamberlain Funeral Home, established in 1968, is located in Rock Port at 17479 U.S. Highway 136 W, just west of town. This location serves as the main office and is currently undergoing significant renovations to modernize facilities and enhance services.
